Advance Institute of Business is the new name for Craig Hill Training Services, and we have 28 years’ experience in vocational education, corporate training, professional development and educational consultancy.
We started our new school this year to provide a higher standard of education to students, and to allow fexibility to fit your studies to your busy lifestyle. This will allow you to progress in your career to higher level management positions.
All our trainers have degree level qualifications in Vocational or Adult Education, and all are degree qualified in Business. All have extensive experience in leadership or management roles in business or other industries.
We recognise that studying causes anxiety, and all our trainers have completed specialist training at Central Queensland University (CQU) to help students through this. All our trainers have also completed specialist training at CQU in working with students with disability.
Our General Manager and founder, Craig Hill, has 28 years’ experience in vocational education and management. He holds a Graduate Certificate in Business (Leadership), Graduate Certificate in Education (TESOL), Bachelor of Training and Development (Management), Advanced Diploma of Adult Education and the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Craig has previously delivered training throughout Australia and China, including to large organisations such as ANZ Bank, Coles, Woolworths, NSW SES, Queensland Corrective Services, Procter & Gamble, Walmart, IBM, Symantec, Syngenta, Maersk, Marposs, PetroChina and China Telecom.
Craig has also previously served on the National Executive of the Australian Democrats, as manager of Aboriginal organisations and as Director of Studies at several Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).
Advance Institute of Business has adopted a digital transformation to provide nationally recognised Australian business courses and professional development units online. This allows our clients more flexibility, and the ability to provide education and training nationally as well as across international borders.
The COVID pandemic has shown us that working and studying from home is an extremely effective strategy, and cuts costs for businesses and individuals quite considerably. The same strategy can be applied to professional development and corporate training.
