We do not typically store full payment card details ourselves. Payments are usually processed by secure third-party payment providers. We may receive limited payment-related information such as payment status, a transaction reference, and partial card details (e.g., last 4 digits) depending on the provider.

- Your enquiries and correspondence with us (email, contact forms, messages)
- Feedback, reviews or testimonials you submit (where you consent)

15. Notifiable Data Breaches
If ABLS is subject to the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme, we will notify affected individuals and the OAIC where a data breach involving personal information is likely to result in serious harm, as required under the scheme. (OAIC)
16. Queensland-specific note
Queensland’s Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld) and the Queensland Privacy Principles primarily apply to Queensland public sector agencies. (rti.qld.gov.au)
If ABLS provides services to, or handles personal information on behalf of, a Queensland government agency in a way that brings ABLS within a government contract privacy framework, we will handle that information consistently with any applicable Queensland and Commonwealth privacy requirements.
17. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new “Last updated” date.
