In 2015, Advance Institute of Business was contracted by TAFE Queensland to deliver the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) and the Skills for Education and Employment Program (SEE) for TAFE Queensland at their Southbank Campus in Brisbane.
The AMEP courses were delivered to new arrivals and refugees entering Australia to improve their English language skills, and the SEE courses were delivered to Centrelink clients to improve literacy, numeracy and employability skills.
This was not our first partnership with TAFE Queensland. Advance Institute of Business had previously delivered nationally recognised Literacy and Numeracy courses (Certificates I, II and III) for TAFE Queensland at Woorabinda Aboriginal Community in Central Queensland. This was using materials provided by TAFE NSW.
This was just one of many Registered Training Organisations that Advance Institute of Business has partnered with in Australia and China.
